The HHRS management team is comprised of Mr. Rudolph (Randy) DePolo and Dr. Joseph Conroy. We are a hands-on group and our primary dedication is to partner enjoyment of the thoroughbred experience.
We have been involved in racing partnerships for years with both large and small groups. For those of you who are searching for racing partnership opportunities, you have likely encountered bigger names with larger stables of horses. What you have not encountered is the feeling of camaraderie and true partnership which is part of the HHRS experience. If you want to get into this business without breaking the bank, learn about racing, and enjoy the benefits of being part of a real team, please send us an e-mail.
The Conditioners:
Jane Cibelli

Jane Cibelli moved to the United States in 1983 after working with horses in her native United Kingdom. “I was always interested in horses from the time I was a kid. I rode show jumpers as a teenager. I got into racing when I left high school and galloped horses. In England you do everything: you gallop, you rub horses, everything."
Jane took out her trainer's license in 1989: she was a private trainer for several years and then was an assistant to former Tampa Bay Downs leading trainer Lynne Scace, Cibelli started training on her own in 1999, and amassed a successful stable of more then 30 horses including Sparky, her track pony. Cibelli is a very hands on trainer who gets started in her barn at 4:30 AM on most days. We are proud to have her as a very important member of the Headless Horsemen Racing Stable team.
Update: Jane sent out a $77 winner in her first race Opening Weekend at Monmouth Park!!
